Back door Bobs is open for business. Robert used to sell so many things out the back door of our business scones, pies, salad dressings, etc. Customers, other chefs would knock and say “hey any scone’s available” got any jam or salad dressing. This often happened early or late in the day. As everyone knew Robert was always in his kitchen. It was like his studio, filled with every kitchen gadget, every colour of dye, every spice, every oil, all of it. Hundreds of cookbooks. A microcosm of his life and travels.
